At some point during the job searching process you will come across Psychometric Testing.
Candidates often think of Psychometrics in a 'negative' light. To an employer it can highlight areas in which to focus on during an interview. Psychometrics is used to identify if you are suited to the job and the team, it shouldn't be considered a pass or fail, it is in your interest to be truthful, after all getting a job that you eventually don't like or can't do is soul destroying.
Employers often have candidates that have never experienced psychometrics tests, and when it is suggested often panic, which often causes them to be unable to think straight.
