26 February 2009 Graduate recruitment website introduces psychometric testingAn online graduate recruitment website has become one of the first to offer recruiters a psychometric test search facility. According to recruitment industry reports, HR professionals and other recruiters can immediately search thousands of completed graduate psychometric tests to find the perfect candidates to match their job profiles. Sarah Brown, Sales Manager at justclick is reported as saying that the rise in the number of graduates, combined with a reduction in vacancies in some sectors, means that businesses and other organisations are under even more pressure to find innovative ways to find quality candidates faster and more cost effectively.
