Graduate recruitment website introduces psychometric testing

An online graduate recruitment website has become one of the first to offer recruiters a psychometric test search facility.

According to recruitment industry reports, HR professionals and other recruiters can immediately search thousands of completed graduate psychometric tests to find the perfect candidates to match their job profiles. 

Sarah Brown, Sales Manager at justclick is reported as saying that the rise in the number of graduates, combined with a reduction in vacancies in some sectors, means that businesses and other organisations are under even more pressure to find innovative ways to find quality candidates faster and more cost effectively.

Now graduate recruiters will be able to gain a huge advantage from using trusted and renowned completed psychometric tests as a filter in their job matching process, she explained.

Since launching the launch of the new look website at the beginning of this year, justclick.co.uk says it has seen a significant rise in the number of visitors to its site and latest figures have shown that the number of visits has almost doubled.

The figures also reflect the increasing importance of psychometric testing as a means of helping businesses and other organisations to find the right person to fill their vacancies - especially when the number of applicants heavily outweighs the number of available vacancies.
